Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood says at least 120 people have been killed in the crackdown by the Egyptian security forces on protest sit-ins held by the supporters of ousted President Mohamed Morsi in Cairo.
Meanwhile, the Egyptian Interior Ministry has also claimed that 2 soldiers were killed in the clashes betweem the protesters and the security forces.
Eyewitness Ahshur Abid said 15 people were killed as the clearing operation started. He said he saw their bodies at a field hospital at one of the camps.
